I work with individuals from all walks of life, with a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, women, and self-proclaimed nerds. I have experience working with trauma and helping clients process difficult life experiences in a way that fosters healing and resilience. My approach is client-centered and infused with humor because I believe meaningful growth happens in a space that feels both safe and approachable. Healing doesn’t have to be dull—it can be insightful and sometimes even a little lighthearted.
