As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking therapy who may be going through grief, depression, anxiety or a distressed relationship. In our therapy sessions, you will speak openly and honestly in a non-judgmental, safe environment. The modalities used in session are the Gottman Theory, Solution Focused, CBT, and EMDR for clients who experienced trauma. For couples seeking premarital counseling, I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. In sessions, we will work collaboratively to improve your relationships, overall well-being, and set achievable goals that will focus on helping you develop insights about yourself and help you experience less stress and anxiety about your future. With dialogue, respect, humor, and perseverance, we will bring a rapid conclusion to your therapeutic needs.
