My ideal client includes individuals of all genders and ages who are carrying the effects of trauma, including sexual abuse, childhood experiences, or painful relationships. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm while appearing “put together” on the outside. They may feel stuck, disconnected, or overly hard on themselves and are seeking greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and a sense of ease within themselves.
