Libby works with individual clients including adolescents (age 12 up), young adults, and adults. Libby has experience working with eating disorders/disordered eating, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, communication, coping skills, and emotional regulation. Libby's own experience and wealth of empathy have fostered a passion for helping others build the necessary foundation for functioning successfully and happily. She believes in being her clients' trusted confidant and unwavering advocate.
