Learning to Practice the "PAUSE" is a change in the way we move through everyday life. I believe in a strength-based approach and providing a judgement free environment. I also trust in people’s capacity to expand their own skills, develop, and accomplish their goals. Through connection, affirmation, acceptance, and empowerment clients can establish better coping skills and healthy boundaries to improve their circumstances.
