I help clients navigating trauma, PTSD, co-occurring disorders, and emotional dysregulation — especially those who’ve been told they’re “too much,” “too complicated,” or “hard to help.” My strength lies in building genuine connection with people who’ve struggled to feel seen, heard, or safe in therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and adaptive to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a wide range of modalities, including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, experiential techniques, and systems-based perspectives.
