I use an integrative approach, incorporating somatic and mindfulness work with evidenced-based modalities including EMDR and ACT, as well as the Gottman Method in couples sessions. I'm EMDR-trained, and have completed consultation and advanced EMDR trainings for EMDRIA certification.
