My ideal client is someone who’s ready to seek professional support after trying to manage life on their own and realizing it’s no longer working. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. Parents, it might feel like you’ve lost your way in helping your child navigate emotional or behavioral challenges. For couples and families, the tension and friction at home may have reached a point where communication breaks down and connection feels out of reach. You’ve tried every avenue, and nothing seems to bring lasting relief. That’s where I come in. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s not working.
