Laura Beth’s counseling style has evolved into a holistic approach (incorporating mind, body and spirit), since starting out almost 20 years ago working with children, adolescents and families. Laura Beth has a diverse background including teaching, social work and community mental health. She has spent the last 10 years as a clinical therapist. She enjoys incorporating art, mindfulness and child-centered techniques. She graduated from Auburn University with a major in psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She obtained her Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Troy University.
