I am confident that my clients can discover their own solutions to the conflicts and anxieties that bring them to therapy. I believe that people want to be heard by a professional who will help them develop new perspectives on themselves and their relationships, and who will assist them in finding creative ways to handle the anguish that daily living involves. I am exploratory and active and make interventions within the context of each person's historical narrative. I provide interventions and referrals when necessary.
