Hello! Thank you for taking a few moments to read about me. I genuinely hope you find the help you are seeking. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have many years of experience working with adults with varying backgrounds. The majority of my experience involves working with Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families, Trauma, Anxiety, Low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship patterns and Depression. Reaching out for help is the first step on the road to recovery. It takes a lot of courage. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate cognitive-behavioral, neuroscience, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused techniques. The most important aspect of my work with you will be to build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship.
