I offer a unique combination of life experience and leading edge training in grief and trauma. Unresolved grief and trauma can manifest as anxiety, depression, anger, suicidal thoughts, troubled relationships, difficulty concentrating, feeling lost or "stuck", and much more. I work with individuals who are grieving because someone important has died or due to other painful losses or trauma.
