I believe that the journey to growth and healing is a very personal one. My aim is to guide you to your goals with a therapeutic plan that works best for you. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to work on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life changes, improving communication, and more. I am ready to help and lend a listening ear. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults from all backgrounds. I offer individual therapy as well as parent guidance and coaching. I am currently accepting new clients and am contracted with BCBS of Massachusetts for MA clients!
