About

Living with ADHD can feel like you have a hundred “tabs” open in your brain but are struggling to focus on a single one. You might feel overwhelmed by daily tasks, forgetful or scattered, and paralyzed when it’s time to act. Anxiety can amplify this experience; turning a simple decision into a spiral of overthinking, or making social situations feel draining and overstimulating. You may find yourself exhausted by the mental effort it takes just to “keep up,” and frustrated by how hard it is to explain what you're going through to others. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I understand firsthand how exhausting it can be to feel like you’re constantly fighting your own mind. I don’t believe you need to “fix” who you are. Instead, I will help you learn how to work with your brain, not against it.
