Beginning counseling can be scary, I know it was for me! I keep this in mind through a trauma-informed approach to meet you where you're at. I use approaches like EMDR, Parts work, Somatic Therapy, Person-centered, and other approaches to meet your specific needs. My specialty areas include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ populations, and more! I work with adults, teens, children (ages 10+), couples, and families.
