Our therapeutic relationship is built collaboratively and creates an accepting, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where, together, we will explore and gain new insights into you - empowering you in your daily life, while fostering personal growth and well-being. My work is person-centered, holistic, and takes an integrative approach, informed by neuroscience, mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic work & trauma-informed modalities.
