Hi there, I'm Lily and am so glad you are here! My goal is to help people be their best self. My target population starts with children and adolescents to build skills that can be refined throughout the course of their life. I also work with adults in various capacities to assist them in creating the lifestyle they are trying to create. Every client has a different perspective on what healthy living is and respect those boundaries accordingly. Therefore, I use an integrative humanistic theoretical approach that uses narrative and cognitive behavioral tactics to organize information and practice goal setting.
