My ideal client is a child, adolescent, or young adult who is feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of school, relationships, and daily life. They might be struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, or simply feeling like they don’t quite fit the mold — and that’s okay. In fact, I love working with people who are a little quirky, sensitive, creative, or just see the world differently. My clients often come to therapy because they’re stuck in patterns of worry, shutdown, or emotional turmoil. They may be having trouble keeping up at school, navigating their relationships, or feeling misunderstood at home.
