About

I have an affinity for working with teenagers and adults experiencing grief, anxiety, chronic pain or illness, and the after-effects of relational trauma, as well as those who identify as highly sensitive, introverted, and/or LGBTQIA+. I bring a warm, steady approach to counseling, am trained in EMDR and the Flash Technique, and draw on mindfulness, Gestalt, and nature-based therapy techniques to support clients in cultivating self-friendship and deep healing.
