I believe healing happens best through connection. I aim to help clients build a greater sense of peace, confidence, and inner strength in their lives. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals with a history of trauma, helping them gently process their experiences at a pace that feels safe. I also have a strong interest in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals as they navigate the emotional changes that come with this season of life.
