I am a licensed mental health counselor providing telehealth-only individual therapy for adults ages 20–60. I am licensed as an LPC in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and as an LMHC in Florida, and I specialize in helping adults heal from the long-term emotional effects of difficult or traumatic childhood experiences. I help adults impacted by childhood trauma often experience anxiety, attachment difficulties, and nervous system dysregulation later in life. I help adults who grew up in environments that were emotionally unsafe, inconsistent, or overwhelming and who now experience anxiety, trauma responses, or relationship difficulties.
