I am experienced and skilled in helping individuals, couples, families and groups with a variety of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, panic disorder and agoraphobia, addictions, compulsive behaviors, self esteem and identity issues, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, abuse issues, and chronic or acute health problems.
