I work with couples, individuals and families to help them accomplish small and large life goals. Together we overcome the obstacles You are encountering. We address whatever prevents you from having as satisfying a relationship, job, or day to day living experience as you want. I believe in leveraging each individual's strengths, in helping people be their "best" self, and in supporting clients to effectively manage the transitions we all encounter as we travel our life journeys. Helping others "find their voice" is part of what makes my job exciting.
