There are so many reasons people choose to see a counselor; trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship problems or situational stress for example. Sometimes, you feel that you can work through it alone. However, another perspective and a place to talk in a comfortable, and unbiased environment is the most beneficial for change to occur. You can get your life on track and I can help! I will help you in developing realistic goals and the support and tools to reach those goals. I have also added a certification to assist First Responders to cope with the challenges of these roles with someone who understands them and their jobs.
