I am a Latinx therapist and I know what it's like to have a therapist that doesn’t understand common challenges that a female-Latinx person in the USA faces. I understand the many roles we all have and how complex we are as I have many roles to juggle (mother, daughter, wife, sister, professional, etc) and value your complexity. I am passionate about serving the community and helping others live a purposeful and optimal life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic techniques to best serve you in meeting your goals.
