We are not meant to face life’s challenges alone. Whether the challenges we face are external (a major transition, a loss) or internal (low self-worth, defeating or frightening patterns of thought), we need someone to help us acknowledge our pain, hold space for us, as well as facilitate growth and healing. Supporting you in your journey means understanding that I may be an expert in the field, but you are the only expert on you and your own life experiences. I am very passionate about making therapy accessible to everyone and decreasing stigma around mental health and seeking out therapy. Just as you would see a doctor for an injury or exercise to improve your physical health, our brains also require care and attention.
