"Grief does not change you...it reveals you."- John Green. Loss comes in many forms; death of a loved one, family trauma, end of a relationship or job, a move/loss of home, and health issues. Experiencing grief because of loss can make us turn away just when we need the most support. We can also get triggered at certain times, especially around the holidays. Reaching out takes courage and I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and caring space to help clients express complicated emotions, manage anxiety/sleep issues, learn coping skills and practice self-care during these life changing transitions.
