Hello, I'm Linda Herbert. Are you feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope? Not sure how to make changes? We can partner and create a plan to improve your life. When we first meet, we will begin to develop a partnership in therapy. I work with individuals who have never been in therapy before and those with past therapeutic experience. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and safe with the process of therapy. Together, we will work to achieve your goals and develop ways to put into practice what we discuss in therapy.
