I have been seeing individual, couples and families for the more than 25 years, I received clinical training at the Ackerman Institute. I also have specialized training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as Somatic Experiencing. I am in ongoing supervision with colleagues in the field, and attend conferences and maintain an interest in reading up on all the latest theories and new developments in psychotherapy. I have raised a family of my own, and have experienced first hand the challenges and demands of creating healthy relationships. I enjoy working with people and believe in the importance of a positive perspective.
