Specializing in adults, teens, family conflict and difficult phase of life transitions. Specialties include Sand Play Therapy, EMDR, Family Systems, and Trauma Focused CBT. My work includes helping clients manage anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict and unresolved trauma. I have also worked specifically with youth and adults on developing resiliency, managing self-esteem issues and creating and maintaining healthy relationships.
