I'm an interactive therapist with over 20 years experience who provides telehealth services to California, Oregon and Texas residents as a licensed LMFT in all three states. I'm also a LAADC, an ICAADC, and a Certified Neuropsychotherapist. My style is client-centered and highly collaborative with a trauma- and developmentally-informed approach that includes a strong attachment focus. I'm trained in several evidence-based theories and interventions, including EMDR. I'm honored to work with adults and couples seeking to overcome personal and/or professional challenges to increase their life satisfaction.
