Thank you for reaching out- I believe reaching out for therapy takes a lot of courage. I offer a calm, non judgmental approach in sessions using several treatment modalities to help guide my clients reach their personal life goals. As individuals, we evolve and change over time with our relationship with ourselves and with others. I offer a diverse background of training and clinical experience to work with individuals who struggle with mood disorders, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, grief, bereavement and life changes/stressors.
