Welcome to your personal journey toward wholeness. I earned a PhD in Pastoral Counseling and have been in practice for over 20 years. Spirituality, including listening and empathy, is included in all sessions. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups and assisted them in addressing relationships, illness, grief, depression, anxiety, phobias, addiction, and challenges. My counseling methods are eclectic, so that each person has a plan tailored to their presenting needs and goals set. The number of sessions depends on the need and the desired change.
