I have worked for over 30 years with military populations including active duty, family members, retirees and veterans. I retired in December, 2022 after 29 years working at the Mental Health Department at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I love helping people grow and evolve in their ability to understand themselves and the impacts from past experiences to improve their relationships and overall well-being.
