I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help my clients heal from trauma.
