I work with individuals presenting with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, spanning from counseling for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. My treatment approach is geared to meet the specific needs of the client(s) and integrates client-centered, psychodynamic, family systems, interpersonal relationship, and cognitive/behavioral theories. It is strength-based and includes motivational interviewing. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs or relationship needs to help them attain the personal growth for which they're striving.
