Do you feel like boundaries aren't the way you want them in your life? Are you picking up patterns in your relationships with people and yourself? I work with adults, partners, and adolescents, meet them where they are to collaborate and help them notice what to be aware of, accept, and change in ways that will start serving them. I am passionate about working with complex trauma/PTSD, neurodiversity, relational issues, people-pleasers, perfectionists, grief, and multicultural issues that arise within AAPI, BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQIA+, and multiracial/ethnic communities.
