I am a licensed therapist and certified Life Coach. I am a compassionate counselor who supports each person I work with as they journey on their road to self discovery. I use a holistic approach utilizing mindfulness, relaxation and visualization. I stress self awareness and finding balance in one's life as key factors to mental health. The mind is a very powerful tool with the ability to transform our lives. I have worked extensively with a variety of mental and emotional disorders including anxiety, depression and trauma. I have 25 years experience working with individuals affected by chemical addiction.
