I work with clients who feel there is more to who they are than how they are currently living, and who are committed to making a shift. My relational approach encourages the therapeutic process to be a co-creative exploration between clients and myself, meeting as a collaborative team. Working holistically, with the body and mind, I work with clients towards re-patterning old constructs to support living from a place of balance and deep presence. Together, we uncover new perspectives that are in support of the client's goals and growth.
