Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, safe and compassionate environment. I hold a masters degree from St.John Fisher College, and my experience in both outpatient and crisis settings has equipped me to assist clients from all walks of life facing a wide range of challenges. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that being in tune with ourselves is key to achieving happiness and success in our every day lives. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship and family conflict, interpersonal struggles, self-esteem, emotions and navigating life transitions. I enjoy working with adults, and the older adult population, tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
