I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I believe that building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect is the foundation for the most meaningful work to be done. I have a relaxed, non-judgmental, conversational approach that encourages clients to feel at ease. I strive to provide support around helping increase awareness and empowering others to make the changes that they need and desire in life.
