If you're someone who feels like they have "been there, done that" when it comes to therapy and are looking for deeper understanding of yourself or your relationship, I just might be your therapist. I believe that while coping skills are fantastic, challenging deeply-held emotional beliefs is what moves people towards lasting change. To do this, I make space for the people I work with to feel understood for exactly who they are. Because I know that when people are able to explore their full selves in a compassionate, curious way, they will be amazed at what they can change (or in some cases, learn to love and accept!). I work with individuals and couples dealing with a variety of issues. I specialize in treating complex PTSD and neurodivergent adults. I am a Certified Trauma Professional rooted in decolonized practice who knows that some of our greatest pain is intergenerational and inflicted by the systems in which we live.
