I am a Registered Psychological Associate working at a private practice under close supervision with a licensed clinical psychologist. As part of my graduate training, I have worked at multiple inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient treatment centers. My training has allowed me to meet people of all different backgrounds who experience a variety of mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, interpersonal difficulties, avoidance behaviors, maladaptive coping skills, and serious mental illnesses.
