Welcome to the beginning of your therapy experience! I am a therapist with over ten years of practice with individuals and couples, and over sixteen years in the field of social work. I have extensive experience in working with clients that have experienced trauma throughout the life span. I currently use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), client focused trauma based approaches, and the harm reduction approach for substance use disorders. I am trained in EMDR, which is available in person, at my office. Each client will be met with understanding and empathy.
