My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a less traditional journey. Across a variety of chapters, one constant remained: people consistently turned to me for grounding presence, thoughtful reflection, and honest conversation. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I bring experience from both inpatient and private practice settings and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology. My approach integrates depth and structure, helping clients make sense of patterns while staying oriented toward meaningful change. I strive to create a balanced, steady space where both people feel heard and supported, without blame or taking sides. In my work with couples, I supports partners in slowing down reactive cycles, deepening emotional understanding, and shifting patterns that contribute to conflict or disconnection.
