Life can be overwhelming. During the times when feelings and circumstances become too much, seeking mental health support is the ultimate form of self-care. My name is Lindsay Littleton, and I am a mental health professional who loves to incorporate nature, horses, and expressive arts into traditional talk therapy. I have additional certifications in equine interactions and substance use treatment. I am equipped to work with humans of all ages. I work with people of all kinds including but not limited to: those who have experienced trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, substance use, low self-esteem, ADHD, and disruptions in daily life.
