My ideal client is someone who is ready to get curious about the limiting beliefs and patterns that have kept them stuck and redefine themselves by identifying their strengths, values and goals. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling valued, understood and a little bit lighter. I assist clients building a positive self-identity and more confidence. I believe that my job is to ask the right questions and create space for you to explore the answers. That said, I do utilize quite a bit of skill building to give you the tools to build the life you want.
