I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, mind/body work, and Couples Counseling. I have a passion for a mind-body-spirit approach to mental health care as anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal stress have a great impact on all three. Two quotes that help explain my approach to Counseling are Carl Jung’s famous quote, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” and a quote by Paul Batalden; “Every system is perfectly designed to achieve exactly the results it gets.” We function within many systems in our lives and one of the most important systems is our internal one. I am passionate about counseling as I believe true health and wellness begins with healing the internal process so you may show up in your life as your authentic self and allow good in.
