Accepting New Clients: I am dedicated to helping others identify and achieve their short and long-term goals with therapy. Therapy can be an important aid in managing transitions, stresses, crises, but also a way of maintaining overall wellness and self-care. I believe each of us can improve and expand on the ways we deal with stress and relationships. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relational stress, substance abuse and trauma. I view therapy as a collaboration between myself and you as the client to uncover your strengths with skills learned through CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other therapeutic modalities.
