Hi, my name is Lindsay and I am so glad you found my page. You are probably here because you have been thinking about making some changes in your life. Maybe you have been struggling to feel fulfilled in your relationships, career, parenthood, or you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, illness, or loss. Finding a therapist like me is the first step toward improving your wellbeing and tackling those worries and fears. My clients tend to be folks who have tried therapy before and are looking for a new approach, or are trying therapy for the first time. I work well with anxious high achievers, busy parents, and college students.
